1. Eligibility for Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you, or offer a refund if the item is unavailable.

Unfulfilled Orders: If your order has not been fulfilled within the expected delivery timeline, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us to initiate this process.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for perishable goods, such as food items, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for refunds, unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.


3. Refund Process

Contact Us: To request a refund, please email our customer service team at support@munchbot.com.my with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if applicable).

Refund Approval: Once we receive your request, we will inspect the details and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. This process typically takes 3-5 business days.

Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact our customer service team for assistance.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@munchbot.com.my.


6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returning any item will be your responsibility unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund if applicable.

Munchbot reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.
